The US Marine reservist Matt Sanchez, 36, who does not deny these allegations,
has come under fire from bloggers and gay media for his alliance with the
political right wing.
Sanchez was awarded an Academic Freedom Award at the same Conservative
Political Action Conference, where Coulter lobbed the "faggot" insult against
Democratic presidential candidate Edwards.
Sanchez was photographed posing with Coulter at the conference.
Sanchez recently appeared on The O'Reilly Factor, criticizing "radical
antimilitary students" he met while recruiting at Columbia University in New
York, where he is a student.
The Advocate reports Sanchez was a gay-porn star under the names Rod Majors and
Pierre LaBranche. He starred in "such art films as Jawbreaker, Donkey Dick, and
Glory Holes of Fame 3, where his '11-inch uncut monster c**k' earned him a
devoted following," according to blogger Joe.My.God.
Frontline 'Faggots'
Gays in the military certainly no longer appears to be a problem. The Bush
Administration and military's struggle to maintain troop levels and recruit
during an unpopular and increasingly deadly war means that gay troops are
accepted, as long as the 'faggots are on the frontline', so be it.
For all that waffling the GOP says the Democrats are guilty of, it would seem
the Republicans at the highest levels and pundits like the vile Ann Coulter,
seem willing to embrace 'faggots' like Matt 'Donkey Dick' Sanchez when it
suites their agenda, or in some cases propaganda.
One can not help but recall that the administration gave gay escort Jeff Gannon
a White House press badge, who was known for being soft on Bush.
Republicans and neo-conservatives seem perfectly willing to use gays to push
forward their agenda while at the same time ostracizing them through an
anti-gay rights campaign in a country once known for equal rights.
