When asked if she was concerned that some of the girls are still in high
school, Wright said, "Not really. It's up to them if they want to do it or
not."
Working with the Messenger Post Newspapers, we have been able to confirm the
identities of at least two of the young women on the website. One is a Victor
High School student. Another is a recent graduate. Others on the site appear to
have local connections as well.
We spoke with a young lady who appears on the website. She's a senior at Victor
and said the decision to pose was a choice she made. She would not tell us how
much money she earned for the photo shoot. But she tells I-Team 10 she did show
proof that she was at least 18 years old.
"The only people who step foot in this house around this kind of stuff is over
18," said Wright.
"I don't think this is representative of the greater Rochester area and parents
and community leaders should be aware of this activity," was the response from
Victor Schools Superintendent Timothy McElheran.
McElheran was stunned to learn that one of his students is featured on the
site. On Friday he met with administrators from other districts to get the word
out as well as the Victor town supervisor and the village mayor. He also sent
an email to parents.
"I wanted parents to be aware of this website and these website providers that
will exploit young people," said McElheran.
The website, the name of which we've chosen not to disclose publicly, also
includes videos of the girls stripping and acting out sexual scenarios. But
Wright says she counsels her subjects before having them sign contracts and
release forms.
"I'm like you can do what you want. I just want to make sure. In the beginning
I even say if your parents find out, it can happen, how are you going to react
towards that? We get everything out in the open," said Wright.
Wright also says she's not worried about public outcry over her business.
"There's nothing illegal. I've totally discussed everything with my lawyer. I
have a friend who's a police officer. I figured out everything I have to do and
that's it," she said.
"I think whether you're an 18-year-old or a 19-year-old or whether in school or
entering the working world, understand the decisions you make now can have an
impact on the rest of your life," warned McElheran.
Wright says she started the website about six years ago and got into the
business after posing nude for a Canandaigua photographer who takes more
graphic photos.
